My name is Sonia Dahdah Ksiazek and I am the artist behind Sonia Dahdah Ceramics. I graduated from the Bradley University, where I earned a degree in Graphic Design. I create my pieces using a lot of texture and pattern after using found objects such as vintage buttons or engraved rolling pins, and press and roll these objects into the clay. After working the design into the clay, I hand paint my pieces with a colorful underglaze.
